Yes. Entry is permitted until 10 minutes before the start of the next session. For example, if your ticket is for the 12:30 pm session, you may enter until 12:50 pm.

Can I change or cancel my tickets after purchasing them?
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, you may reschedule your visit to another session provided you request the change at least 48 hours before your booked visit. For further information, please contact info@daliboulevard.com.
In what format can I present my ticket?
You may present your ticket either printed or in digital format, provided that the QR code can be scanned clearly.
I bought my ticket online but haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, verify that the payment has been processed by your bank.
If the payment was successful, you can go to the ticket desk on the day of your visit and provide your name and email address so we can verify your booking and grant access.

Is the experience suitable for people with epilepsy?
Due to the audiovisual effects used throughout the exhibition, the experience is not recommended for visitors with epilepsy.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes. Strollers are welcome throughout the exhibition.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted inside the venue.
Can children visit without an adult?
Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult.
Can I wear the virtual reality headset if I wear glasses?
Yes. The virtual reality headset is designed to be worn comfortably over most prescription glasses.
Is photography allowed?
Yes. Photography is permitted throughout the venue, provided that flash is not used. We’d love to see your photos—don’t forget to tag us on social media!
Are lockers available?
Yes. Lockers are available for storing personal belongings during your visit.
Are you coming in a group?
Group reservations —minimum 10 people— can be made directly on the Dalí Boulevard Cibernètic website.
For specific associations or groups, the request must be made at least 15 days in advance.
